Serrania Ham Sliced

We are proud to bring authentic Serrania ham to the U.S.-crafted from the shoulder (paleta) of white Spanish pigs, a breed native to the Sierra Mountains. Raised, slaughtered, and cured entirely in Spain, this ham is a national culinary treasure. Unlike jamón, which comes from the hind leg, this paleta cut offers a denser texture and bold, meaty flavor. Cured for a minimum of 17 months using traditional methods in La Alberca, a Natural Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage site. Perfect for tapas, pairing with bread and olive oil, or savoring on its own.
