Created in collaboration with Valencian chef and paella master Rafa Margos, who has made more than 300,000 paellas over the course of 25 years, this chicken and hen paella broth contains 100% natural ingredients, including free-range chicken and duck. In preparation, the meat is sautéed to extract maximum flavor, and then added to a pot with water and cooked over a wood fire until the smoky aroma infuses the broth. The end result is wonderfully complex and ready to use when you're ready to cook.
