A Spanish goat cheese infused and soaked in red wine, that's Vino Cabra. Beautiful purple veining is visible in the pale paste of the cheese. There are similarities with a Drunken Goat cheese; they're both made from goat cheese and soaked in wine. The Vino Cabra is also pierced with red wine and thus has a stronger presence in flavor and looks. A true contender on a cheese board and if you like goat cheese, certainly one you need to try.
