These marinated anchovies, or "boquerones" as they're known in Spain, have been fished by the same family for five generations. There are many species of anchovies, but the anchovies fished by Nassari are the most prized for their exceptional flavor-found primarily in the Northeast Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
