These small Pedrosillano chickpeas are known for being tastier and finer than other chickpeas. They are deliciously tender but with a nice ‘al dente’ texture, and no noticeable skin. Cooked and preserved using centuries-old methods by our friends at Rosara, these are the best you can find. Try using them in a stew or tossing them in a salad.
