Crafted from pigs born of a 100% Ibérico and 100% Duroc cross, these products meet the strict Ibérico quality standards, offering rich flavor with a milder profile. The ham is cured for a minimum of 24 months, while the loin is aged at least 70 days, both using traditional methods in La Alberca, Spain, a Natural Reserve and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
